18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice

In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at colorclimax.com, were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

The title of this material is colorclimax.com, an ongoing work originally produced from April 1967 to 2001 and first released on this site on August, 1996. The majority of the depictions appearing or otherwise contained in colorclimax.com contain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct produced before July 3, 1995 and, as such, are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75.

With regard to the remaining depictions of actual sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at colorclimax.com, records required to be maintained pursuant to U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following locations and are available to the Attorney General for inspection during regular business hours:
